Auto-mapping, dashboard, add-ons, and more! Introducing new improvements to OneView and Kaseya VSA integration

Auto-mapping, dashboard, add-ons, and more! Introducing new improvements to OneView and Kaseya VSA integration

Last quarter, Malwarebytes built upon our OneView security platform for MSPs and added three new modules that simplify breach prevention: Patch Management, DNS Filtering, Vulnerability Assessment

We continue to invest deeper in the MSP community by enabling more capabilities in platform integrations. Today, we are excited to share a new release for our MSP partners focused on improving the integration between OneView and the Kaseya VSA tool!

Our Kaseya integration allows MSPs to deploy, manage, and activate endpoint agents, as well as initiate OneView commands with Kaseya remote management.

The update includes auto-mapping, dashboard, support for Malwarebytes add-ons, and incorporates ticket creation.

Key feature updates

Auto-deployment of agents with scheduling

Users can now select if they want to enable/disable Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent deployments for all devices in mapping/newly added Kaseya Agents in mapped machine groups.

Metrics on dashboard

The dashboard shows metrics based on the organization name or machine group name.

 Automatic ticket creation

Support tickets can be automatically populated with information from incoming alerts.

Auto-mapping of machine groups with OneView sites

The auto-mapping feature helps the customers to do inventory sync-up between Kaseya VSA and OneView for automatically mapping machine groups and OneView sites based on keywords.

Additional improvements

  • Enabled support for Organizations in manual mapping.

  • Added Inventory and Vulnerability scans, Move group and Reassign endpoint actions in computers page.

  • Added Uninstall Old MBAM agent options in the machine group and computers page.

Built-in add-ons support

  • Vulnerability Management

  • Patch Management

  • Device Control

  • DNS Filtering

Empowering our MSP customers by expanding the OneView platform

Our update to the Kaseya integration in OneView is just the beginning.

Malwarebytes has more than 2,700 new global MSP partners and strategic partnerships with Addigy, Atera, ConnectWise, Datto, GCN Group, Kaseya, Sherweb, TeamViewer and regional partner Soft Solutions.

Needless to say, we plan to continue expanding our MSP program with further product innovation, including adding more capabilities in platform integrations with other top remote monitoring and management (RMM)/professional services automation (PSA) platforms like Datto
