“We are honored to be recognized by the Stevie Awards for our rapid growth for the second year,” said Marcin Kleczynski, CEO, Malwarebytes. “I am very proud of the hard work that the company put in to further our global expansion, build out our team of experts, welcome new members to our talented executive board and improve our product pipeline in 2016. This hard work was all done with one goal in mind: to protect more businesses and consumers all around the world from the most dangerous cyberthreats.”
“Each year, the judges find the quality and variety of the nominations to be greater than the year before,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The 2017 competition was intense and every organization that has won should be proud.”
Through Kleczynski’s guidance, Malwarebytes’ corporate subscription base grew to become the majority of its user base and Malwarebytes experienced record renewals for both consumer and corporate customers in 2016. Additionally, the company added 200 individuals to its employee base with continued global expansion. Malwarebytes now employs nearly 500 employees worldwide, with office locations in: Santa Clara, California; Cork, Ireland; Clearwater, Florida; Tallinn, Estonia; London, England; and Singapore.
