This provided the auditors with full access to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Core applications: Source code for Windows\/macOS\/Android\/iOS apps.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server infrastructure: A deep dive into the configuration of Malwarebytes\u2019s global VPN node network.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Privacy architecture: Verification of the &#8220;no-logs&#8221; systems to ensure no identifiable user metadata is stored or accessible.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Findings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zero-logs verification:<\/strong> Auditors confirmed that the technical architecture is consistent with Malwarebytes\u2019s privacy policy, finding no evidence of logging user IP addresses, browsing history, or DNS queries. X41 noted, \u201cDuring our assessment, we did not observe evidence of user activity logging, and access to systems is tightly controlled, with no unnecessary remote, local, or SSH access exposed.\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Good security level:<\/strong> The final report concluded that the Malwarebytes \u201csystems appear to be on a good security level compared to systems of similar size and complexity.\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Swift response to findings: <\/strong>Malwarebytes worked with the X41 team to quickly inspect and address findings.
