Malwarebytes uses third-party companies and services to assist in providing Malwarebytes’ services. These third parties may receive personal data from Malwarebytes. Third parties who receive personal data from Malwarebytes agree the personal data will be used for processing activities carried out (i) on behalf of Malwarebytes customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Malwarebytes; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Malwarebytes and the third party. Malwarebytes may also share data between Malwarebytes and its corporate affiliates.
