OSX.FrigidStealer is an information stealer that goes after browser data, credentials, and passwords from both Safari and Chrome, along with data retrieved from system documents like Apple Notes, and crypto wallet data.

OSX.FrigidStealer is spread by malvertising sites that prompt users to download and install fake updates. OSX.FrigidStealer requires users to explicitly launch the unsigned app to bypass Gatekeeper protections.
