We follow a strict no-logs policy. This means we do not collect or store any data about your online activity or VPN usage.

More specifically, Malwarebytes Privacy VPN does not collect or retain:

• Your browsing activity or websites visited 
• DNS requests
• Bandwidth usage on your device
• Network details of your device, including your original IP address
• Session information (including connection timestamps or number of sessions)
• Any telemetry data from the VPN application

The app may generate local logs on your device to help troubleshoot issues. These logs stay on your device unless you choose to share them with our support team.

Yes, Malwarebytes Privacy VPN has undergone a full independent third-party audit covering both infrastructure hardware and server-side software.

The audit confirmed our no-logs approach and reviewed how our systems are designed and secured. It also identified areas for improvement, which we are addressing as part of our ongoing security work.

Our servers are located around the world, and each server must comply with the laws of the country where it is physically located. This multi-jurisdictional compliance is standard for global VPN providers.

Regardless of location, we have a strict no-logs policy and do not store any user activity data. That means even if a government or authority requested data from a server, there would be nothing to share – we can’t provide what we don’t have.
