PUP.Optional.2144FlashPlayer is Malwarebytes' detection name for a potentially unwanted program by Partner 2144.
The Adobe Flash Player was distributed in China with the help of Partner 2144. Recently this distribution channel has started to install a service named "Flash Helper Service". This service could be considered adware since it prompt advertisements.
